kfunk Just passed the 6 month mark! I'm still on my original goal schedule, but could have come so much further. Instead of guilt and regret, I'm keeping it in mind for future motivation. You listed some lovely NSVs. I find that in general I "feel like a real person again" whatever that means. I know you know the feeling, and it's so great talking to folks who get it!!! I hope you find success with ACV, endometriosis sucks!

I know exactly what you mean when you say that you could have come so much farther, I have those feelings too! I think this time its different for me because I no longer really feel like it is a race and if I take some days off to be "normal" when I am going out to eat or to parties, so what?? I think that this will help us maintain our loses long term! 6 months is awesome!!! I love this website and I am not sure I could be chugging along without it!! |

I thought I would be so bummed about epically failing this challenge but honestly I'm just so happy to be out of that gain/stall cycle that I can't think of much else. Maybe I haven't made progress but d*mn at least I'm back! Do NOT want to experience that again. On to the next!
