Hello, I wanted to introduce myself. I have decided enough is enough. I want to lose weight because I want to feel stronger, be healthier, and finally get to a place where having a baby is an option. I have an amazing partner, incredible friends, beautiful family, and I want to be healthy for them, too.

I am watching my portion sizes as my method. Currently, I am in PT because of hip bursitis in order to start running again. I'm planning to do yoga as my exercise plan and to help me center. I walk at work, too.

My goal is to get down to 170 but for now, my goal is just to focus on 5% of my total weight at a time. I'm so excited to be here to get encouragement and encourage other, too! Thanks!

Welcome. I am new also. Wondering gow to keep a daily record of my weight. I have seen others and was curious on how to keep that day record. Can someone help me?

You can join one of the daily weigh in threads and log your weigh with us, you can log it with myfitnesspal.com You can track your food intake there too. I recently bought a scale that automatically tracks the weigh via an app. I hope that helps some.
