Good morning!
Hi everyone. Just wanted to introduce myself and join you here. My profile says I first joined this site in 2007(?!!) but I never got active in the forums. I started LCHF on May 15th and have lost 21 pounds so far. I'm looking forward to getting to know some of you and some mutual support and cheerleading! :)

I am not following a regimented exercise plan but am doing some light strength building exercises and more active in general lately. I hope to get into a more routine soon. How about you? :) |
I've got a Fitbit and I log everything in MyFitnessPal. For now I'm trying to meet my step goal consistently for the next couple of weeks and once that happens I'm going to start Couch to 5K. I'm worried adding it in right now will be too much change at once. Strength training sounds like a good way to go. I'm also still struggling to find a routine that works.. hopefully that will get worked out in the next week or two as well ;) Good luck!
