Back After Several Years
 

I have decided it is time. A friend of mine is doing so well on her weight loss she has inspired me to get back in gear. I am suffering from so much joint pain it makes any movement hard to enjoy. I want to feel good when I get up each morning with out dreading standing up. Recently I dealt with 6 weeks strange stomach virus and it "woke me up". It was hard to go anywhere and I was cooped up in the house or my office for fear of getting sick when I traveled. Please pray I can make it this time. I want to live my life without worries caused by my weight. This forum was so supportive and kind in the past I feel like this group can help me work through the new lifestyle.
