Happy Tuesday! Still here and doing my best to undo travel gains from the last two weeks. Have a couple weeks left in my latest diet bet and am hoping for the best. I'm doing my part by resuming exercise (had injured my knee), tracking my foods, and avoiding processed food.

Took me 2 more weeks to actually move down past 230, but I have done it now. 229.0 this morning. My first look at the 220s since 2008.

It's really just been me around here, but I'll gladly take the title of "lovelies" all to myself. So you are absolutely welcome to join me here. I was at 222.6 this morning, so I"m hoping to move down to the 200-219 thread soon, but the last time that thread had a post was April, so it'll be just me over there too.
These threads have been more active in the past, but apparently not so much at the moment.

I'm still here. I've been bouncing around 221.8 to 224.0 for the last two weeks. Really hoping to break the plateau and get through to 219 still this month, though.

So close today 220.2. We'll see how long this last little bit takes. It has not been a fast moving month, for sure.
