Happy (almost) Fall Ya'll!

Haven't checked in like I'm supposed to - but I do think about 3FC multiple times per week! Just haven't had much time to do anything lately (social media wise, or I guess socially even in "real" life).

Hope everyone is doing well!! Rennie, I see you haven't been on in a while - might have to text you since we haven't crossed paths on here in a while 99% sure that's my fault tho!

Add me to the Jealous List re Martine's DH!...on the other hand, how fat would I be if my DH cooked?

Goodness! Several of you have fallen sick at this lovely time of year! Allergies are dreadful here, and DS is suffering bit with that.

Well, I've been doing pretty well with one meal days, but still no losses. On the good news front, I had a nice, long sleep last night. (I do get tired of being tired.)...Nice to have another swimmer around here, Anitanita ...although, I've been slacking so much the past month or two, you can hardly include me in that group. I plan on going soon, and hope to make it a habit again. I'd like it to be an early morning habit, but just cannot seem to make that permanent change to my schedule. Early mornings can give me a queasy stomach, and the RA meds don't help with that.

Time to get moving...the house doesn't clean itself.

I'm still sick, and still have one kid down for the count. TOM started yesterday, which sort of feels like adding insult to injury. Also, my weight tends to be all over the place this time of the month, so I don't put much stock in the number for the next week or so. Fly by weigh in for me today, I'm going to eat dinner and watch The Flash with hubs tonight.

I hope you are all doing well this weekend!

Martine, your birthday cake sounded perfect, I love it!!

Looking for 153-154 this month.

Gale02 I know moms take care of their little ones when they are sick, but I hope someone is taking care of you too.

akelly728 Don't be a stranger. How have you been?

I decided to start exercising in the morning starting today. Up at 5:30am and did 25 minutes of cardio. Weigh-in was not so good this morning, I feel bloated. Have a good Sunday everyone, I'll be off to work in about an hour.

Good morning everyone! My weight has stalled but I am planning to start a 21 day challenge that will hopefully refocus me and get me back to losing. I told my boss that I am quitting and she was so kind about it and completely understands my reasons. I will miss her!

I hope everyone has a blessed day!

well, I've officially lost one whole pound since the beginning of the month. Trying to call that a good start and pick up the momentum.

Good morning

I hope everyone is having a good Sunday. I'm at work for a few hours catching up on tasks I couldn't get to this past week. I'll be headed home soon.

@Anitaanita: Thanks for the compliment on my avatar. I love it too! For those who might not know, the woman is the beautiful and talented Misty Copeland. She's the first African-American woman promoted to principle dancer for the American Ballet Theatre. To me, her body is the perfect combination of strength, athleticism and beauty. When I first posted the avatar I was asked if it was me. Absolutely not but I love everything that is wrapped up in photo. I'm a Latina and even at my lowest weight and fittest, I'm never lithe and willowy. I'm compact and strong and I love that Misty is as graceful and prolific as any world-class dancer, but hasn't tried to change her body into something it's not.

@SeeMyFeet: on your one pound drop. A pound is a pound, right? Hopefully, more will follow.

@Teresa: I'm so happy that your boss was kind and understood your reasons for leaving. You must be relieved and at peace.

@Martine: for rising early and getting your cardio in. May it be the first day of a long streak of exercising early.

@Gale02: I hope you're feeling better and echo Martine in that I hope someone is there to help YOU!

A blessed and peaceful day to all

Hello Everyone. So I managed to attack the bloat over the weekend which makes me feel a lot better. I also took my measurements and found out that since February this year, I have lost 17.25 inches from all over my body (-29lbs). I still haven't really went down on dress size, I am on the in-between. I am hoping to lose another 20 lbs by xmas which will hopefully be noticeable from family and friends at xmas time .

As I am working from home just now, I also need to try my hardest to fit in an at home workout just to get my body moving throughout the day.

Hey everyone

Holy staycation. We crammed a heck of a lot into one week, not nearly enough sleep, a lot of walking, lots of water (was super hot last week), but not great food choices, and quite a bit of alcohol as well. As a result of all of that, I went up to 218.8 at some point last week. But I'm happy to report that throughout the weekend, I made better decisions, and this morning I was happy to see 214.5, which means a gain of 2.3 lbs for the week. Overall, not as bad as it could have been. All of that coupled with TOM's arrival on Saturday - 5 days late, which may have contributed to some of the strange snacking habits. I am proud to say that on top of all of the walking, I also went to the gym twice last week, so yay me.

Back to work today, armed with better food choices. The fridge is stocked with better food choices and some food prep has also been done. Mindset in place, weight has got to go. Still aiming for 6 lbs this month - three weeks left, so it is doable. We'll see where we get to.

I haven't caught up on all of the posts yet, so for now, I hope everyone is doing well. I'll go back to reading posts once I'm caught up with my emails at work.

I am one hundred billion percent done being sick, and having sick kids. I'm taking the oldest dude to the Dr. today to see what's going on and get a note for school. Hopefully he will start feeling better soon. The bright side for me right now is that between being sick and being on my period I'm not terribly hungry so I have been WELL under my calories the last few days. I'm hopeful I can reach my low maintenance range this month, only 1/2 lb to go to get back to it.

I hope everyone is having a great Monday! I am neck deep in prep for my two big art/craft shows this fall. Only 5 weeks to go until my first one and I'm in full panic mode. The housework and cooking are suffering but I don't care, lol! My family is so good, they just roll with it this time of year.

Looking for 153-154 this month.

Hey all!

I am back!

My computer decided to die on me and I had to order a replacement. It's here, it's running, and I miss my book marks and hope my dad can rescue all my pictures (that's all I really want) off of my old hard drive. Trying to figure out Windows 10 and feeling like an old lady shaking her fist about these newfangled gadgets.

Anyway. I've been doing 3 miles with Leslie every day for a few days now, and it's working well for me. I might try to do 4 today!
