I stepped on the scale this morning and I've gone up. I know I haven't been eating low cal, but I should at least be maintaining. Makes me worry I've busted my metabolism. Hoping it's just bloating due to lady issues and all the salty things I've been eating. Not very on track with my goal this month...

May 9: 2500 ... stress/mild depression combo has knocked me for one over the past couple of days. Tomorrow will be better.

May 11: 900
May 12: 1000 ...oh dear. I've been too low for a couple of days now. Must make a point of hitting 1200 + tomorrow.
May 13: 1300
May 14: 1200
Weight: 206 (Boo. But not surprising, maybe. I think I'm bound to drop in the next few days, just going to work on keeping more mid-range rather than super low or high calorie this week)
May 15: 1500
May 16: 2300 (ugh. Today I just felt like I don't want to do the damn diet thing anymore. I did get to the gym but just biked for half an hour. Not feeling it)
May 17: 2300 (again. Boo. Super busy studying and munching got me through)
May 18: 1200 (that's more like it. Still not feeling it, though)

Rennie hope the weather turns around where you are.
I will attempt to start exercising again on Sunday. I'm getting my eating back on track but it's just allowing me to maintain right now, so obviously I need to be more active.

Good Morning Everyone It's TGIF
I hope that everyone had a great week. The weather this weekend is going to be picture perfect I may throw some chicken breast on the grill tomorrow. I haven't been eating a whole lot of meet the last few weeks. I may grill some corn as well. I really need to get my water in on the weekends, I tend to slack.
Martine Great job with your eating that's half the battle, the exercise will come

Hi everyone
I'm backkkkkk! Vacation was good, we had a blast. Did too much in a short while though, and we're a bit tired. But that's okay. A long weekend ahead to rest and recuperate. Weighed in this morning at 212.6, which means a 1.5 gain from the last time I weighed in. Not bad considering we ate IHOP, Olive Garden, and a heck of a lot of pizza. Thank goodness for all that walking. Hubby still has the day off, so I left him a grocery list with strict instructions that no junk was to enter the house and to stock up on lots of fruits and vegetables. Time for a detox and to get serious.

Good Morning Everyone
I hope that everyone had a great weekend. It was picture perfect Hazel and I finished our 3 miles early this morning and will get another 1-2 miles in. The weather is so beautiful today. We are suppose to get 5 days of rain starting on Wednesday Oh, well the grass will be beautiful lol
I really struggled with my water intake this weekend. It was just plain bad. I don't even think that I got in 50 ounces yesterday I'm doing a lot better today, I've already had over 40 ounces so I just have to keep it up.
Martine Great job on the walk this morning. It's always so nice to be outside when the weather permits, it's just so calming.
