    well i been quiet for a bit but i'm not dead just been ill damn tonsilitus. really bad this time don't think its doing my diet much good all i can eat is ice cream. (such a shame )

    Hey now, when I has tonsilitus I was told to eat popsciles and NO ice cream (as the milk tends to irritate and phelm).

    Get well soon, Si. Glad you could come by and give us an update. Tonsilitis is a real pain (pun intended). Another thing that might be good is half-frozen fruit juice, whirred in the blender. Nice and icy and refreshing.
