Ready to start the month out strong! Hoping to see at least 215 by the end of the month. Would love to get out of the 200's and into Onederland but that's going a little extreme!

Thanks Rennie. Great to be here! Thanks so much for making these threads for us. I hope all is well with you.

I've been eating low calorie the last few days and the scale has been friendly. I'm almost scared to eat within goal range for fear of the dreaded uptick, but I know this isn't sustainable. I just haven't been that hungry and have been taking advantage of that while it lasts.

Thank you once again Rennie for starting this thread. It really helps to keep me focused.

So I had a terrible month of March, about a 4-pound gain. I'm now far from the 220s again, but I WILL see a new decade this month. I have to.

I started off the day with a 45-minute abs workout. I don't have abs. They will hurt tomorrow.

Good Moring Everyone It's TGIF & April's Fools Day

Hope everyone had a great week. Hazel and I just finished our first walk and will do another one later. They are talking about us getting snow tonight and tomorrow I guess winter still wants to hang around lol

Good morning everyone!

I weighed in this morning and lost the slight gain I had the other day plus a little more. I have to say, it's been a struggle this week and I haven't been 100% on plan with my food and I haven't had enough water. Thankfully it hasn't gone too far yet, and I'm eating the stricter version of my diet today. Great news at the clinic this morning...my waist is 3 inches smaller than 3 weeks ago and my hips 2 inches Yesterday I wore a new dress that I didn't expect to fit...it was a size 16 from a regular store, not a plus a size store -- you know what I mean...the plus size stores give you a little extra to make you feel better.

I'm far from where I want to be, but I'm on my way.

I've been doing intermittent fasting for the last week or so and loving it so far! Down about 5 lbs which I was NOT expecting (you are meant to lose 1-2 lbs per week and are not expected to lose much the first couple weeks) but I have been making really good choices for the most part. I'm good with slow and steady!

Angie that is fantastic news about your new stats! And how great that you fit into a size 16 dress! Those are tremendous encouragements beyond the scale. You are really making your plan work, I'm really happy for you! :cheer :
