Daily calories...

April 1: 1300
April 2: ??? ...fourteen hour drive, lots of road food...much less than it could have been, but lots of caffinated drinks, so...I really can't even begin to count....home now, though.
April 3: ??? Over 2000 (well over, I think)
April 4: About 1300 again (Phew)
April 5: About 1500

Weight: 216

April 8: About 1200
April 9: About 1450

Weight: 214

April 10: About 3700
April 11: About 1200
April 12: About 1200
April 13: About 1400

April 16: About 1800
April 17: About 1600
April 18: About 1000 (crazy day, woke up with a grumbling tummy this morning!)
April 19: About 1500
April 20: About 1200
April 21: About 1800 (super stressful, crappy day at work, scale still stuck, didn't pay very close attention to food)
April 22: About 1200

Weight: 209

April 23: ..well over 3000
April 24: ...ditto
April 25: About 2300 ...meh. Better, but still not great. I just feel really blah. Motivation leaked out somewhere along the way this weekend. Tomorrow will be another little bit better, and I'll finish out the month strong, though any hope of reaching my goal for April is gone. Oh well, so long as I get back at it and keep moving forward
April 26: ... 2500ish (? I didn't count. Sulky day)
April 27: About 1200 (phew. Also got back to the gym after four days off. It's magical how quickly that evens me out/quells my anxious cravings. Also kind of magical how quickly I forget that :/)
April 28: About 1300
April 29: About 1300 : EDIT About 1700 (>_> ended up drinking after all)
April 30: About 1200

Final Weight: 210

Welllllllllllllll....disappointed to only be ten down but also acknowledging that my goal for the month was pretty extreme, and the multiple days of super high calorie really had an impact, even though the majority of days were low. Gotta nip that yo-yoing. Tracking here has been helpful, though, for spotting patterns as well as accountability. Off to the May thread, then...
