Welcome ! It is never too late. I'm 54 I started last August at 261. It wasn't my highest weight but close and I was so tired of it all. I am now at 195 still have a ways to go but the light is at the end of the tunnel. Even if you falter, do not give up. Pick up yourself and continue. Find the plan right for you.
