I'm a silly btch. Tho I'm back to 165, I clearly won't be back to 159 for my birthday (29th), unless I cut my head off. I get cross at myself for all this fannying around. :( |
:congrat: Rosinante on being down 2.3 Lbs! I know it's frustrating doing well for awhile then going thru a rough patch where all I do is want to binge. It's bad enough I feel guilty for binge eating but then I have to have my husband yell at me too. We Can Do This. :exercise: |
