Kukkie, good for you on food prep. I prep then I don't want what I prep'd, go figure. My water intake has been pretty good for you Oh the frosted flake monster got me today (big sigh) when will I learn

Trina, sorry about the weather and the length of time it took you to get home when not feeling well, I'm sure that made it worse. I hope you start to feel better soon I need to get myself on track also. I was hoping it would be this month I like the thickness of half & half ... mini moos are the best Well aren't you the good one re: doughnuts I can give up candy, no problem at all. But Krispy Kreme, not gonna happen

Ciao nice weigh in

weight is up is all I'm gonna say ...

loveofmylife001 that drive home sounded crazy and scary! Glad you are safe but sorry to hear you are feeling under the weather. Get some good rest over the next couple of days and take good care of yourself

love2b150 now you have me thinking about Krispy Kreme doughnuts. We buy some maybe once or twice a year. There's only one store in a nearby city, which is a good thing, cause I might crave them more often if is was any closer.

Kukie84 thumbs up on the food prep.

So I'm still coughing on and off, but no more aches and my energy level is coming back up. Very weird 48 hours there. Hope everyone will have a great weekend!

Have a few goals now and I'll continue to adjust my calorie intake once I figure out what's going on with my body lol.

- Get to 189.9 by the end of the month
- Walk twice a week
- Get the clear from my doctor at the end of the month to start exercising.
198.2

This is fine, but despite being in my calorie range of 1800 calories, I saw a gain. So today I'm going to drop it to 1700 calories and see if I have a loss tomorrow.

I felt very good yesterday. I wasn't feeling like I was overeating or cheating myself.

I was able to be off on a Saturday for the first time in a long time. I used to either work Fri overnight and sleep all day Saturday or work Saturday overnight and still sleep all day. So, either way, I was sleeping all day on Saturday. I spent the afternoon on a 5mile walk with my loves
Gorgeous day 68F

Hope you are all having a great weekend.

bigjoe and dcapulet great job on the weight lost!

K9Owner sounds like you've had a lovely, active day.

I'm looking forward to a Netflix movies night tonight. And yes, there will be stovetop popcorn to go with it. Hope everyone will enjoy the rest of their weekend.

I was down just 0.2 at my weigh in on Friday, but at least it's another loss. I'm retaining water for sure and I didn't help things by cooking turkey sausage for dinner.

Kukkie -- I've ordered some groceries to our hotel room, and I plan to still eat low carb while I'm there. I'll bring protein bars and my low carb pita/tortillas. We normally walk about 15 km per day when we are there . Food prep makes a big difference in my opinion...hope it goes well for you.

Lovemylife -- thank you! I think !arch will be tougher, but I'm determined to stick to my plan. I'm the same way with coffee...it has to have cream, I've switched to coffeemate for now and I'm only having it every other day or so...otherwise I drink tea. Sounds like you need some herbal tea! I hope you feel better soon.

Rennie -- when you mentioned the Cookie Monster getting to you I visualized that whack-a-mole game at the fair...try to picture that the next time he's creeping up on you...bash his little head in. It may also be useful for the moodiness. I like your various goals!

Krystal -- I started a new plan...so there's always the nice drop at the start, I think that was 3.4 pounds, and then it was just sticking to my plan. Things seems much slower now, but I hope they will pick up again. Sounds like a perfect Saturday...I hope it continues to be an awesome weekend.

Dcapulet -- congratulations on sticking to your plan! It really paid off for you, great job!

Joe -- so your down 40lbs since last year? That's great!

Martine -- enjoy your movie night! Omg, I miss popcorn

Now please enjoy this message from Kirstie Allie...

Good Evening Everyone Hope everyone is having a great weekend!

I have been sick for the past two days and I feel horrible. I think I'm at the point where it gets worse before it's gets better phase. I've been taking Theraflu. The Theraflu helps a bit but my body aches and my chest hurts from all the coughing. I'm off on Monday so I'm hoping that I will be better in a couple of days.

Have a great weekend everyone!

loveofmylife001 thank goodness that you have an extra day off to recover from that awful flu

Angie I always say a loss is a loss is a loss. It's awesome that you are sticking with your plan, consistency will get you far.

It will be another beautiful sunny day here, feels good. It's been a busy morning here with two loads of laundry done and now we're off grocery shopping. My plan today is to try and exercise for an hour. Will check back later to let you know if I made it.

Yesterday was a struggle. My fiancee, daughter and I went into the downtown area for lunch and walking about. We were going to each sushi, but eek! It was closed. So they ate pizza and I later got a salad (after watching them eat.) But i didn't cheat and stayed with my calories!!
