Angie did you make your own riced cauliflower? I wonder if you can get it at Whole Foods.

Rennie I think I remember your seven hour drive! And yes, you're right, three jobs ago I also filled in for my manager and then promoted so that I was getting paid for his job. Hoping that this ends up being similar scenario, but in this case it may take a bit longer because I've only been here about 4 months, so I'm still "proving myself" to the powers that be. My director is the one that hired me on at my last job too, and he brought me on here, so I'm not worried about impressing him, it's his bosses that I have to impress. I'm all over it!! Btw, I forgot to take my own pictures yesterday (in the dress), but when my SIL gets back the professional pics, there's a few that we took together, so I'll show you the dress when I get them.

to everyone I missed, because I don't have much more time.

I'm at 209.7 today. Instead of the traditional heavy Indian food that we normally have at parties, my SIL decided to go a different route and do an Italian buffet. It was yummy food, but I was super about resisting temptations. Tonight, however, hubby and I are headed to one of my favourite Italian eateries for a V-day dinner and they have a delicious lava cake that I have not had in forever. I may forego the wine and bread just to have a bite of that. We'll see how it goes. An update as well, started on the new thyroid meds and I don't seem to have a sudden increase in energy in the sense that I'm not bouncing off the walls, BUT I definitely am not feeling as fatigued as I used to after doing some of the things that I've done in the past few days, so I think it's working. Yay. Talk soon!

Kukkie I hope things go in your favor at this job and the head bosses see the greatness that they seek has already been hired and is right under their noses That drive was awful, I had to go to the bathroom so bad when I got here. I said I could have driven to my old house in VA and back that day, such a wasted day

I looked for the riced cauliflower in Whole Foods here and couldn't find it. Maybe they'll have it there. What I went there for was the Bragg organic apple cider vinegar all natural drinks. The flavors are concord grape-acai, honey, limeade and ginger spice. I like them all. I bought all 4 on the recommendation of a co-worker. The honey is the best but that one has 15 carbs/13g sugar so I didn't buy anymore other than the one I tried. I had been adding ACV to my water (when I thought about it) and these make it better. There are two servings in each bottle If any of you drink ACV give these a try

I got oreo & chocolated dipped strawberries for Valentines Day They are so delicious but so bad for me. Well tomorrow back on plan.

1st - 182 ( 2 lbs up from yesterday!)
2nd - 180.75 (the sudden surge up over the last few days is heading back down thank goodness)
3rd - 180.25
4th - 180
5th - 179.75
6th - 178.25
7th - 178.75
8th - 179.25 (the slight creep up over the weekend seems to happen every week but last weekend was terrible so at least this weekend was bearable)
9th - 179.5
10th - 178.75
11th - 179.25
12th - 178.75
13th - 178.25
14th - 180 (didnt want to believe this was right)
15th - 182 (yes it was right - I am a bit disheartened but I know it is the wine for three nights over the weekend and the nice meals we had - sigh)

Good Morning Everyone

I just finished walking the dog before the snow started back. Getting ready to drink my lemon water. My eating was terrible this weekend wayyy to many treats, back on track today. I may throw in a fast on Friday just to really get things going.

Good morning. Hope everyone had a great weekend. For some unknown reason I'm down 2.0 pounds to 205. I did eat yesterday but it was more of a grazing type of eating since I wasn't really hungry. A little bit of whatever sounded good at the time. While it's not something I want to get used to it worked for me yesterday.

I'll try to drop by later if I get the chance.

Went to Panera and only got coffee (avoided those goooooood looking bagels)!

But the coffee was around 200 something calories....ehhhh LOL No morning snack for me I guess.

Hi everyone!! Oh what a hard weekend. Yummy foods, great desserts, worked out every day but managed to go up almost 2 lbs. REAAAALLY hoping it's water weight. Well, I enjoyed my weekend though. Hope you all had a great Valentine's weekend. On to another successful week!!

Rennie Sometimes it takes a couple of days to get back on plan. What counts is that you do get back on plan. Hope you had a nice relaxing day. I didn't do anything today lol. I was just too lazy
