And that's exactly how I feel when a new monthly challenge is started. I feel like the possibilities are endless even if I'm not so successful

@Rennie: Thank you, thank you for once again getting us started and providing a place so we can all virtually gather on a daily basis And we all understand about checking in when we can. It's a challenge to keep up with everything when life pulls us in so many different directions. Like you, I'm not always on top of updating my threads as I'd like to be. I just updated the walking thread after not posting for nearly two months Walking every day, just not posting.

Nice to see all the familiar faces and returning friends! For all and anyone new to this thread or these challenges, Make yourself at home. We are a wonderfully supportive group and are happy to have anyone who wants to be here.

Cammy, whenever you decide to weigh doesn't matter, I'm glad you're here Ha, I need/want to get rid of this belly of mine also. If you find any good tips that work let me know Cammy, no worries on your friends seeing you I'm sure. You look great my friend Their jaws are gonna drop to the floor, you're doing wonderfully. Curvy, you're so sweet. These threads keep me going also. I weigh daily and read most of the time but just don't post. And if I get behind I try to catch up as Kukkie will tell you and as you now know/see. I've done it for years I don't want anyone to feel left out and I surely don't want to feel that way I know my days are going to get longer starting the week before Thanksgiving until the end of January probably, so I'm going to enjoy this semi-normal time while I have it

I got some pretty good rest last evening (since I go to bed when most of you are just getting home from work. I'm feeling good and energized. Let's see how long this last . I woke up to a .5 loss weighing in at 174.7. So that now leaves me 8.9lbs to lose by 12/31.

Carol, you know I <3 you ... and you know me well ... I am totally surprised to see you here. ... mainly because I know you're not big on weighing daily but you can weigh whenever you want, once a week, at the beginning and then the end of the month, your call. I'm just happy to have you here

Beginning 221.7 today, Nov 1

Any weight lost is a blessing.

At least I got an hour at the gym and have given up sugar for past 16 days. Now to really get going.

Morning everyone. Insane weekend over here, tried to fit too many errands around too many events, all while there was a lack of coffee in our house! Eeeeekkkkkk. Not a happy momma. It all got done, except the cleaning (ha!). Oh well...

Started off November with a slight loss, maintained through today. I'm at 209.2. Not entirely sure when and how I managed to put on these 9 lbs, but I am absolutely determined that they will be gone by the end of the month. Failure is NOT an option for me this month. It needs to get gone. With the new gym membership, my goal is to get back to a consistent workout routine - 3x/week, and I have my stuff to get that done today. So off to a good start.

Hope everyone is doing well. bigjoe, glad to have you back.

I forgot to weigh first thing again this morning, and I've been up for 4 hours and already ate breakfast, but I went in and weighed anyway so I can start. I try so hard to stay in onderland but just can't seem to hold that. Maybe weighing every day will get me to try harder. The spirit is willing but the flesh is weak!

Good Marvelous Monday Everyone

Well the work day is almost half over. It's so beautiful out. It's suppose to be in the low 70's through Friday The sunshine really makes a huge difference.
