Hi guys!! I joined this forum today hoping to lose a 100lbs, some of it which I gained during my pregnancy and most of it I gained after having the baby 2 months ago, the breastfeeding is making me sooooo hungry!!!! I weight 262.2 lbs right now and my goal is to be around 150. I want to lose a good amount by the end of the year before I hit the plateau.

How's everyone doing this morning? My weight this morning is 251.4. The movement on the scale has been excruciatingly slow the past 2 weeks. Taking measurements helps but I'm not going to lie....seeing that number get smaller on the scale is rewarding!

I'm happy to be joining this thread. I've been in the 270-280 group for years! I weighed in at 267.4! Hope to get out of these decades sooner rather than later! My first big goal is to get under 200! We can do this!

Hello Everyone..
I started this journey on July 5th and so far I am down 15lbs so far. I started at 280 and now I am 265. For some reason, every time I diet I sabotage right at 265. Well today I weighed 265 and I'm not going to let myself down and keep going. So good luck to you all on this journey. WE ALL CAN DO THIS!

Yes! You are reading this correctly and as of today I am at 263. I know the weight will slow down but the OMAD and low carb is just making the weight fall off. I started at a size 16 and now I can fit a size 14

I was 266.9 yesterday, and I'm sure I was dehydrated as heck, but the scale said it, and I'm counting it, LOL I feel like I haven't made a lot of progress lately, but in reality, I only need to loose 2 more pounds by the end of the month to be right where I wanted to be at the end of the month. I need to hit this strong for the next week and two days.
