I weighed in today at 254.8, which means I have officially lost 35 lbs!
Thanks for the commiseration and advice, friends. I stayed on track this weekend, and feel pretty good today. I am staying positive by focusing on some of the things my body can do now that it couldn't do at 290. For example, I descended a staircase and realized that I didn't have to hold the rail and take it step, stop, step, stop. I can bend at the knees, instead of stretching my legs wide and bending at the waist. (What an image, right?
).
Nursemom, I'm sure that your body is preparing for a big loss!!
I sorted my seasonal clothes today, and almost threw away my favorite black yoga pants - then I remembered I'll need them when I take my "I made goal" picture! We'll get there! I have faith in us!
