Down 3.6 to 207.4. Still frustrating, but glad to see the random 5lb gain disappearing.

Ate a midnight last night. We went to see a show and had not eaten beforehand, so of course S.O. and I were starving when we got home. And of course this shows on the scale this morning.

I'm back. I had a blast in Cancun. I only gained 3.4 lbs for the week I was there. I'll take it, especially since they had these chocolate cookies I couldn't keep my hands off of. Lol!! Time to start fresh. I don't know what I ended up finishing August with.

Good morning everyone Just a quick drive by today. Scale is down but as I look at my losses at this rate I'll be 90 when I reach goal Oh, well, better down than up, right?

@Winning15: Welcome back! Sounds like you enjoyed a great vacation, and 3.4 pounds is not much at all. My guess is that 1/2 of that is water weight and you'll be able to shed that almost immediately.

@KateB: Thanks for all the information regarding your plan. It's clear that you did a lot of research and really considered the cost and what you had already paid in time and $$ in previous efforts. Congrats on your success

@Martine: One day I will return to 143. It was a good weight for me and I enjoyed being there. At this point I will be thrilled to be under 200.

@Econ nerd: Isn't it great to reach new milestones?!!

Martine, my son made mac n cheese for dinner last night and though I was done eating, what did I do? I ate 2 servings on top of the celebration cake my c0-worker/friend gave me and tah-dah 1.4lbs up. I'm super bloated.

Down 0.6 to 206.8. Did a bit of cooking yesterday, and have meals set up for the next few days. Going to do some additional meal prep and get my egg muffins and salads lined up to go along with it. That way, there will be NO excuses not to eat well this week!

kukkie84 good job on the food prep and enjoy Labour Day.

Just completed an abs workout and as I suspected, I have no abs strength at all. But I was surprised that I could stay on my knees and stretch out my opposite leg and arm and do crunches like that.

My family is coming over later tonight, so I have some housecleaning to do. Wish that I could just relax, but it's my fault for not getting it done yesterday. Procrastination is my middle name.

Well I got up with the intention of attempting the military diet once again. I ate the day one breakfast, then a bit ago I had some vanilla ice cream, then I had a half of a serving of some GF Pico de Gallo black bean & rice crackers. Both of these things are on the menu at different times. So for lunch and dinner I'm gonna subtract them. I hope it still works.

B ~ 1 slice ww 40 calorie bread, 2 tbsp pb, 1.5 cups green tea
L ~ 8 GF pico de gallo black bean & rice crackers, 1/2 c tuna, 1.5 cups green tea
D ~ 3ozs chicken and onio, 1/2 banana, 1 small apple, 1 cup green beans, 1 cup ice cream

things in purple I already ate. Though I don't think I had a whole cup of ice cream. Gotta get more water in also

weigh in today 175.4
