How have you been? I haven't been doing half as well as I did when we were on the slow carb thread together but I'll keep trying. One day I'll get it I guess.

Are you following any particular plan or just trying to eat clean and exercise?
Well I got up with the intention of attempting the military diet once again. I ate the day one breakfast, then a bit ago I had some vanilla ice cream, then I had a half of a serving of some GF Pico de Gallo black bean & rice crackers. Both of these things are on the menu at different times. So for lunch and dinner I'm gonna subtract them. I hope it still works.
B ~ 1 slice ww 40 calorie bread, 2 tbsp pb, 1.5 cups green tea

8 GF pico de gallo black bean & rice crackers, 1/2 c tuna, 1.5 cups green tea
D ~ 3ozs chicken and onio, 1/2 banana, 1 small apple, 1 cup green beans,
1 cup ice cream
