I'm going to stay on plan today because I want to see a 10 pound loss on the scale this week. I've never lost that much weight in one week before. Granted, most of the loss is water weight from TOM and KFC for dinner the night before weigh-in but still, a 10 lb loss would be awesome!! I only have 1.2 lbs to go before Monday (I weigh myself every day but Monday is my official weigh-in day). I think I can do it as long as I stay on plan for the next two days and get in some exercise.
