I've gotten really bored with the weight lifting, it's just not something that I enjoy. I can do cardio for hourse, but hate the weight lifting. Anyway, today after my cardio I tried the Muscle Pump class instead of just lifting and I really enjoyed it. Unfortunately, they only offer it two days a week, but I'm definitely going to take it on those two days each week.

I started The Firm tapes last week. Last night was my 5th workout. I pretty much get through all of the tape. Is there anyone else using this system that has seen results?

Which Firm tapes are you using? I bought the BSS 2 set. I've only done it a few times. I have lower back problems, and I think I need to build some more endurance/strength first. I'm taking it really slowly-I use the Firm one workout a week, and do something different five or six other days. I wish I could do it more, but I'm afraid of injuring myself. I think it's better for me to build up slowly than hurt myself and not be able to do any exercise at all. Good luck!!! I've bought some other Firm tapes as well off ebay.

I believe it's The Firm BSS1. It was given to me. It only has the fanny lifter. No weight stick.

Man, I've been lax. I did go over to my sister's on Wed. and swim in her pool. Did a lot of water aerobics stuff there.

That's it.

This is always the hard part for me. I promise to do yoga today! Call me on it, OK?

This morning was Leslie Sansone Express walk Strong-thirty minutes of intervals alternating aerobics with toning using a resistance band...a nice change!

Hallwalked on Wednesday. Felt ill that evening and comfort food binged. Stayed home and did same on Thursday. /sigh

Hallwalked this morning. HOpe to get another 30 minutes after lunch. I've been avoiding lifting until my thighs stopped being sore from last time, so I hope to lift tonight.

I've also been on strike from housework this week, 'cause I got tired of being the only person picking stuff up. So I'll probably need to do some tonight. /chuckle

How was the yoga Angi?

My legs are going to hate me, based on my last gym log I upped my leg press weight to 200 lbs and now I am off to do 30 min. of Pilates. Plus I have to work tonight!
