We got this eAnna! I plateaued hard for two weeks (going between 200.x & 199.x) despite maintaining same calorie intake range & activity level. I finally started to see a change in the scale late last week. I’m breathing a sigh of relief. 197.8 this AM. Third consecutive day under 198.x.
I weighed in at 192.0 this morning!! I'm almost out of here!

I'm trying to stay optimistic but I'm not looking forward to all the temptation next week for Thanksgiving!
Also, is there are 180s thread? I cant find one.
LOL I most definitely understand with all of the different food and desserts! But you got this! I think you will do great! Just remember how far we've come!
And I haven't seen a 180's thread! I'm going to look for one because I'm officially out of the 190's! I'm super excited. I weighed in this morning at 188.4. I'm so in shock right now! Just a few months ago I didn't see myself getting under 220. I haven't seen the 180's since 2015, so this is a major accomplishment for me!!!
I'm just bouncing around since Friday. 192.4 yesterday... 193.6 this morning. Doing OMAD today in anticipation of continued scale fluctuations. Definitely won't be leaving the 190s this week, and that's ok. I'm still a month ahead of where I thought I'd be
eAnna, I ate more sugary items this past week than I have in the last few months combined. It's been rough... but soon. Just pushing through. We've got this!!

12/4/19 Update - 189.6! Second day in a row under 190. Probably teetering on the edge for a bit but officially out of the 190s!
