Feeling Encouraged!
 

One of my coworkers made my day! She said it looked like I had lost weight! Yippee it is finally starting to show. I'm getting there slow but sure. I still have a long way to go, but that encouragement helped so much.

I am hoping for all of you a similar piece of encouragement ~ and continued success.
