I'm new here

Hi all,

I've been reading lots of your posts and it's boosted my spirits - thanks! Here's a bit about me: I'm a substitute teacher (elementary), off work for the summer. My current weight is 235 and I'm 5'8". If I got down to 170 or so I'd be thrilled, though I'm sure my "ideal" weight is around 140. I have pretty severe asthma, making it difficult to exercise- also, I'm lazy! Well, that's it for now. Just wanted to introduce myself and stop lurking!
