Hello everyone! Just wanted to say hi and introduce myself. I am 46 5'8" and just started the Serotonin Plus diet. My current weight is 261. Final goal is 160.
Had my first appointment on Thursday Jan 8th. Started the program on the 10th. So far I am loving it. I am really excited! I have a weigh-in on Wednesday so wish me luck.

I went through this journey in 2007 and lost 137 pounds, so I know what can be done, but I also know tough days will come, but pushing through them is so rewarding. :-) I'm here on this journey with you because I gained all that weight back. We can cheer each other on as we watch the numbers on the scale go down. :-)
