Thank you Diana for posting all your stats. I was reading through and to know you made it to goal with Thyroid issues gives me hope. I am on Armor Thyroid for 9 years now and up almost 75lbs.
2015 is the year to be healthy for me and family. :hug:

You can do it! Stay on top of your numbers. My numbers got out of whack and I had a gain from that. Things are getting back into range now, so hopefully I can lose a bit of that gain. Also, do some reading about foods that interfere with the thyroid and the absorption of your meds. I seem to be more sensitive with this. I was eating a lot of cooked cruciferous veggies and it caused a problem for me. Everyone is different so you may not have the same issue as I do with certain foods. Good luck and don't give up. Thyroid issues can be frustrating and make weight loss slow. But don't forget that you CAN do it.
