Its exactly 2 weeks today since I had my daughter and in the last 7 days I have lost half a pound.

Not exactly a lot - BUT I have enjoyed chocolate this last week and yesterday I went out to the Chinese Buffet and had a lot of sushi so with all those carbs inside me I am not surprised!!!!

Anyway I have 2 weeks left until Christmas so I am really looking forward to it :)

I don't envy you ladies with how hard it can be on you at times to lose. Just keep with it Jill and it will come off. You are in the same spot as my wife she almost mirrors your weight loss. 45 lbs is awesome, keep up the good work.

Thanks, Howie. After being really down this morning, I was stopped by a lady that I haven't seen in a few weeks. She said she saw me yesterday and didn't know it was me until I turned around. She didn't know I was on a diet and said she was shocked when she saw me!

Yes that is always a nice feeling.
