I always do worse on the weekends. We seem to order out more, and I don't really post here. I keep on track better when I'm posting.. but I think I'm also fine with the little weekend indulgences. For me they aren't impeding progress really, I've still got my downward trend going. Yeah, if I didn't, I'd probably lose more.. but realistically for maintenance we're still going to eat out on weekends.. so it's something I should be working into my lifestyle change and learning how to manage.
Yay for old pants! I have a pair I don't fit into yet. Size 20s from Old Navy that are pretty much too large at this point (they use to be real snug, so yay!) Size 20 pants from Fashion Bug that fit properly, and size 18s that are still too tight.. but that I can zip up now, never use to be able to do that!
Any loss is better than no loss, or even a gain! At least that's what I have to keep reminding myself
For me, I'm down 1.2lbs this week at 221.8. Getting real close to being in a new decade! Also, we found another house this weekend. Not as nice as the first one, but one we didn't feel like we'd be settling for and met all our needs. We accepted a counter offer the seller gave us today. Closing date should be around May 18th, so that's exciting
Meal Plan for today:
Breakfast: Breakfast Drink w/ skim milk (4 points)
Snack: Apple Peach Crisp Smoothie (5 points)
Lunch: 1.5 servings Spinach Mac and Cheese (11 points)
Dinner: 1.5 servings Spinach Mac and Cheese (11 Points)
Snack: Yoplait Light + granola (4 points)
Daily Total/Allowed: 35/35
Weekly Points: 0/35
Exercise: Strength day.

Grats on the pants!!! I started on a snug 16's now I can't wear them without a belt. I bought some of the same brand/model in size 12 (They were on sale like 50% off) and I have them there.... I mean they fit but like I have a HUGE roll on top of them... I guess I just bought them as a reference.
Don't own a lot of clothes... specially not many that I actually fit in...
I have noticed though ... that I keep most of my fatty fat on my hips/thighs I bought a dress for valentines size 14 and it fit like a charm. So yup I am a pear... and I feel like the fat is coming off my tummy first. At least my breast haven't been too affected yet. Hehehe
Again, because I am a pear ... I don't have much fat around my face, so I can't really tell in pictures. (I don't take many full body shots).
Glad you guys found a house you like
I did go to the gym yesterday and ate pretty decently.
Anyway ... today I was at 200.2 SOOOOO close xD yet so far.

Been busy! Might be that way for the next month or so. I'm still on plan, just getting a little hectic so been posting less often.
Big congrats on being under 200lbs!
I kinda of store my fat all over.. and end up looking really boxy as a result. I don't really notice it coming off anywhere aside from some of my clothes fitting looser. In some pictures I've noticed my face starting to look thinner too. Not by a whole lot, just something. Everyday life though? I don't notice a change. Especially not when I look in the mirror. I really should start taking measurements. I have a body tape measure thing now. I just haven't used it consistently.
Yesterday we did buffalo chicken nuggets with some celery salad for a side. Today Thai Chicken Skewers and green beans are on the menu. Breakfast and lunch are the same. Was good about my exercise this week again. Got it in 3 days so far, and have time today for it.
Fiance has Friday and Monday off (yay!) and my son will be here Sunday through next Sunday. So busy stuff!

That's nice! I wish my husband got more days off. Hehehe
Well, we will get there right? We will get to the point were we look at the mirror and think, well I have DEFINITELY changed. Or at least I would hope so.
The scale barely moved today, 198.9 but at least I am remaining under the 200's! I am SO happy. I think I officially weigh less than my husband! (for like ONE pound, but it's something...)
I am going to miss you, I enjoy this thread even if it's almost dead. I'll be here when life gives you a break though!
I'll just keep stuffing myself with fruits instead of snacking on chips or sweets (yum yums!)

Home Inspection was today. Appraisal is next week. Fingers crossed everything goes smoothly on that end. Inspection went well. Nothing majorly wrong with the house. There's a "nail pop" that's making a single shingle stick up on the roof. Really easy fix, and a crack in the vinyl siding of the house that we're asking the seller to repair.
Mari - Two days under 200 is good! I'm always nervous when dropping decades that it'll inch back up. Yay for weighing less than your husband! I don't think I'll ever weigh less than mine, lol. He's only 140lbs, like 6'1. Skinny thing.. I've always been attracted to super thin guys though. I'll still check into the thread and all when I can.. just will be more sparse. I'm glad I'm not the only one still posting here. Always happy to see you and Pink Hurricane (and anyone else) come in and update on progress
For today I was bad. We got Arby's. I had a french dip sandwich and some mozzarella sticks. Also snacked on some Cadbury mini-eggs. They're my weakness this time of year. I really shouldn't have grabbed them while at the store, but I did. Oh well.

We found a place that's going to have a new litter of husky puppies in late August ready to go home (the puppies are actually going to be born in late June/early July). The place does have some puppies available now, but it's a bit too soon to get them, and they likely be gone by the time we're ready for one in late June. Place is a reputable breeder. Provides vet schedule, has a spay/neuter contract you sign at purchase, and wants the dog back if something goes wrong and you can't care for it. We live close enough to drive there, but if the puppy needs shipping then the breeder will even fly with the puppy to meet it's new owner, which I thought was pretty cool. She obviously cares about the dogs.
I was up .2lbs from last week at weigh in yesterday, but I did indulge in some easter candy. I'm trying out almond milk for the first time ever. It tastes a little odd, but not bad. The breakfast drink powder I have doesn't mix into it very well, so it takes longer to prepare
Son is with me this week for spring break, which is awesome. He's got his food drawer for snacks and dinner hasn't been a battle thanks to some of the suggestions from gals on this forum.
House appraisal is today. Our loan is also conditionally approved. We have to get in a few more documents (they want fiance's school transcripts since he was in school last year, and then the seller and listing agent have to sign something), then I guess they're checking with his work and all. Once those are done we'll be moving into the final review. Fingers crossed we don't hit any snags. Closing is still over a month away so we have plenty of time.
For dinner tonight:
Lemon Glazed Chicken over rice

Holy crap I have a lot of catching up to do!! Things have been crazy busy but I finally feel like I have a little more time on my hands to finally relax and take time to post on here again! Sorry for my absence!
Despite being busy, I have stayed on plan with Trim Healthy Mama and have been working out five days a week, and I have lost 7 pounds since I was last here! I am finally out of the 290s!!!!!!!
How are you ladies doing?!!! Glad to see you back Mari!! Glad to see you still here Sunarie!!
I will be posting regularly again, no doubt about it!
My husband noticed last night that I have lost weight. He told me I needed to slow down because I was getting too skinny! It feels great that he noticed because he sees me every day so my body is finally starting to show it!!! I am super happy about that!
I am almost all set up for school and we are having baby's first birthday party next week, I can't believe he's almost a year old already!!! Very awesome and a little sad at the same time haha. I am very excited about everything recently haha!

Welcome back Pink Hurricane and Ciao!
Pink Hurricane - Yay for husband noticing your loss! Super way to go with staying on track even though you haven't been on the forums! My school plans got put on the back burner with our decision to move forward with a home purchase. Happy early birthday to your little one too!
Ciao - Depression can be rough. I take meds for chronic depression and definitely still have my ups and downs. It's great that you're feeling better!
I was up a pound at weigh in yesterday. Not really sure why as I was good most of last week. A little bit of easter candy but according to WW points and MFP I was still under calorie goals and all. I have been really stressed with home purchase stuff, and then another thing in our apartment broke. So we're up to 3 major leaks in the past two months. Can't wait to get into our house!
This time it was the AC, I guess the drainage pipe got clogged so the AC started leaking onto the water heater, and water got into where the heating element is for the water heater and fried something. There was some melted part they had to replace but we were without hot water for a few days on top of the AC constantly dripping while we waited for them to find time to come fix stuff.
On the positive side, loan stuff appears to be going along smoothly. We have all the paperwork they've requested turned in and the loan officer says we're on track for our final review and closing date. We also found a place that sells red and white huskies, and they have two litters that are due at the end of April, so they'll be ready to go late June or early July. Really excited about that!

Congrats on the house! I haven't seen much movement from the scale but I have been doing Blogilates on YouTube and I can definitely notice my body becoming more trim!
I was also experiencing NO ENERGY after my workouts and it made me sluggish at work so my friend recommended taking B12 vitamins. They seem to be helping some.

I've had a really great week so far. I've been very active and not counting calories, just eating high nutritious foods and eating when I'm hungry.

Glad to hear your energy has picked up and your week is going well Ciao!
Nothing too new on my end. Still haven't been exercising like I need to, but have plenty of time to get it in today so no excuses! I peeked at the scale today and I'm on my way back down from whatever weight I gained last week for whatever reason, so that's good too.
In the non-weight loss side of things. Some friends of mine picked up Destiny and asked me to play with them, so I'll be doing that once a week now. I'd been wanting to get Destiny for a while, but I'm not too good at shooters so playing with other people who would likely be icky at me for not being optimal turned me away. Excited to have friends who picked it up on the PS4 though. Our group is a bit big for earlier parties (there are five of us total) but I guess we should be able to do raids and all later on.
Counting down the days until we can move into our house. Little less stressed about it this week as we finally have all the documents they've requested turned in and approved. They aren't reviewing anything anymore. Yay!

Ciao~ I used to struggle with SAD every winter, so I understand how hard that can be. I am very happy you are here again though! Spring, Summer, and Fall are my favorite seasons, even though winters are a lot easier on me, they are not my favorite. Blogilates sounds like fun! Have you been playing any new games recently?
Sunarie~ I am so excited for y'all about getting the loan stuff set up to buy the house!!! We will be starting up the home loan process next month and we are both excited and nervous. I love huskies, so yay for husky puppies! Also, I LOVE DESTINY!!! My husband and I play it a lot, I get on usually once a day to at least complete the Daily if I am short on time. I am SUPER excited for the dlc House of Wolves to drop because I love the Queen's story and they haven't touched on her much! I love the style shooter it is, and raids are ridiculously hard but better if you have enough people to help! You get amazing gear from raids too!
Schedule is changing again a bit so my workouts have been thrown off but I will be picking them back up on Sunday. My body is begging for a break so I am going to listen in hopes of preventing a possible injury from overworking. I am still 100% on plan diet wise and I am hoping to see more movement on the scale come weigh in day, which is Thursday or Friday depending on how the week goes!
Still waiting to hear back from school about aid but I am all registered to start back class this summer and have my fall classes set up as well. I am very excited to get back in class and finish up my degree!

@Sunarie; I've heard of Destiny but never have gotten the chance to play it. Let me know how it is. I'm pretty sure my husband bought it, too! Haha.
@Pink Hurricane; No new games. I've been pretty busy with school, work, and the little one who is now crawling all around the house so I don't get much time to play anything.
What's your degree on? Congrats on going back to class. It takes so much because we're already juggling so much in our lives, especially being mothers to toddlers!
