^ I just want to see 179 by the end of the year! Feel like I have been in the 180s FOREVER at this point.
However, I am actually quite content with my appearance right now if we're being honest. I'm also glad I lost enough weight over the past year that my winter clothing is loose, but I can still use a lot of it. Winter clothing is expensive to replace! I did buy a new dress for the holidays, hoping it gets here this weekend :) (Shh, it's from the JUNIORS section! ha!) |
How is everyone doing? I am so so so close! I may even seen the 179s this week. 179 = no longer obese. That number is almost as exciting to me as being in Onederland.

Hi everyone :wave: I saw the 189.5 on my scale this morning. I thought I'd go ahead and start posting here for motivation rather than wait to see if my weight settles in the 180's for good.

Still in the 180s, but now that I'm getting back on track after a busy holiday season, I think 179 is in sight for January.

I'm so out of it. All I want these days is chocolate and cupcakes and anything but water and vegetables. And definitely NO working out. It is so true that once you get off the train it's a **** of a struggle to get back on. Mehhhhhhh! |

How are we all holding up?
I'm working my way through a 5-day clean eating challenge. Almost finished with day 4 or 5 and let me tell you the cravings are killing me. This used to be easy! What has happened?? But I feel awesome, anyway. Also slowly getting back into workouts. I think it's going to take some time before I'm back up to my high point, but I feel it in there. :D |
I saw 179.something the other day but not confident enough yet to say I'm out. I'm also been sick the last two days and not eating a lot or exercising :/. Hoping to be out next week though!! But does it really count if I've been sick?
I want to start doing some sort of crunch challenge when I'm feeling better. I've been thinking about it for awhile, but time to stop thinking and just do... My tummy is the part I'm most self conscious about. I know crunches won't magically make tummy fat dissapear but I want to treat my tummy right and build some muscle there for later. So I'm gonna do the first crunch challenge that came up on goggle... The thirty day crunch challange. |
They *say* abs are made in the kitchen, but what do I know lol. Like you say, may as well work up the muscles for now! In any case, more muscles = more calories burned. :D Take care of yourself & hope you feel better soon!
