thanks for the welcome! I just started back on this website after being gone for way too long, but it's good to see everyone is still as supportive as ever!

I know what you mean about it taking so long to get back to where you were, but it will happen. I have lost almost 30 pounds, and don't feel any difference, and that can be very discouraging. But I know if I give up, i'm doomed!

So let's keep going...the time will pass anyway, might as well be learning healthy habits while it does.

My next mini-goals are 234, that's my 10% loss from when I started way back when...and to leave the 230s in the dust!

Still at 225, but I feel a whoosh coming. I can't explain it, just my tummy has been all rumbling and twitchy for two days. Plus, when I'm 225 early in the morning on Friday, I know on Saturday with a few extra hours of sleep I'll be lower.

Usually....

Now I've probably jinxed myself LOL

I hit 227 today! I have been looking forward to this number for so long. I have been overweight my whole life, but this number was one I have been looking forward to because this is a weight I maintained for a couple of years before I got a desk job. My next mini goal is 220 because that will be 20% weight loss.

But if I"m 224.4 this early in the morning on Wed I know I'll be lighter on Sat.

Feels like forever I've been here... lol I've had an operation and 3 weeks struggling to eat due to a locked jaw. Have stuck to Slimming world as much as I could in that time (with 2 days off plan in hospital - when I could eat).
So pleased I haven't gained during this time so can't be too impatient.

Am sitting at 225 this morning so hoping to see myself drop out of the 220's soon.
