I'm back. I would like to lose my regain of about 20 lbs. I would seriously, seriously, seriously love to see a number under 200 lbs on the scale again!! I'm fitting into my pants like a stuffed sausage right now. Actually, I've transitioned to yoga pants until I get the situation addressed
I got a minor promotion at work (retail,) so it's been a blur of crazy hours and shifts since the beginning of November. My eating habits got sloppy, and then, basically, all **** broke loose diet wise D:
My diet method is plain old calorie counting (1500 day, hoping for 1½ lbs per week.) My official weekly weigh in day is Mondays. This morning I was 211.6 lbs.
