At least my 'official' weigh in isn't until Friday. I hope to be 184-something by then! Things are definitely better today stress-wise. Glad to hear yours is lower too! I think just focusing on eating, rather than what you CAN'T fit in right now, is a great idea!
Frances, that's fantastic! Keep at it and you'll be in the 170s before you know it. (I love that we are all still posting in the 190s though lol, this is a good group)

I pigged this weekend at my Family Reunion, had too much of this red velvet cake with the best icing ever, barbecue, potato salad--my fav, but I did leave the alcohol alone and believe me it was hard. We have some real bartenders in my family who can mix you up a wonderful summertime treat!
nonameslob You may just need another mental break from the idea of weight loss. We have been doing this for months! I know it feels like a never-ending marathon, but we will make it through .
Marli, apparently you did not "pig out" if you are still 184 today :P So glad you enjoyed the reunion. I cannot imagine not drinking at one of those things though, especially with good bartenders around! Good for you!
I don't think I need another break from it right now. My stress has been a few work events and those are over, so now I'm more likely to focus on weight loss even more lol I'm feeling really good about my goal for this month actually! It will be so cool to be able to say I've lost 50 pounds!
