Well I kept in my head all weekend that I wanted to be PROUD at my meeting today, and it WORKED.

Week One 7.8 lbs lost!!!!!!!

WOO HOO!!

And that's with a bachelorette party, rehearsal dinner, and wedding this weekend too, so go me!
