LadyPetite, I use to use it at leisure but I get into trouble that way. It really helps me put things into perspective. Like the one Reese's cup I ate this morning, so not worth the 12 carbs but oh well, I ate it.

I'm glad you have a plan. I wish I could get through my head to do 20-30 minutes of moment a day. I know it will help. I just always think one hour plus on the treadmill or nothing. And that's why I always get stumped. I'm sure you'll have great results on your journey.

You have a great husband. How will Peanut sleep at your Mom's place? Will he sleep with you? Is that gonna make for sleepless nights when you go back home? Just a thought ... I did this five times, but only 2 didn't care if they slept with me or in their own crib/bed or not

I'm up .6 to 159.2. I hate these ups and downs but it is what it is. Hopefully I'll get some movement in today and get things moving in the right direction again
