Had a good result in April, but not for good reasons...I was in charge of our store while our boss was on paternity leave and I was swamped and basically skipped entire meals and some days, barely ate anything. That is not how I want to achieve weight loss. Boss is back on Monday, enough of this, have to take care of myself. Wihsing everyone success this month!

I prefer to weigh every week as everyday is too hard for watching progress. Since I really need to start exercising every day, I'll do that every day and record weight every week.

I'm joining in late... And my numbers will look wonky for a bit because I am working towards not seeing the error message on my scale. I last saw 304.8 and am working down to that again. I don't think I am too far off the mark now. Writing it down here each day will help to keep me honest!

A1C 5.8 - pre-diabetic (October 18th)... (gotta stop that from going up!!)

GOALS:
1) Break out of the 300s - (November 6th and December 8th...) YAY!!!!
2) 291.15 (32.35 pounds) - 10% of weight lost (February 1st 2017!)
3) 258.80 (64.70 pounds) - 20% of weight lost
