Gosh just not budging. Yesterday was way more on plan but still a few slip ups. Today will be better. It's only 10:30 and I'm tired already. Going to the gym after work and then meeting some ladies, so that will require some will power.

Snowbound I understand being tired. I think it has to do with it being winter and the lack of long hours of sunlight (I swear our bodies need the sun for energy! lolol) I find myself tired first thing in the morning even after 6+ hours of sleep (more than average for me). But moving helps.

We have a rainy cold front coming thru, kinda reminds me of Chicago in October (where I grew up)

I have been following my plan too (food) and have actually picked up my steps per day 8000+ from the 3000+ I was doing in December and I am hung up too.. So maybe we both have a WOOSH coming soon! My wish and prayer.

I hope you have a terrific and lovely day!

Good Morning and Happy Monday

I have a very stressful 2 days of work ahead of me and need to just let it go (in my head.... 58 years and the worries are hard to stop doing)

The scale is kinder to me this morning... I am down to 300.6.. Getting so close to Twoderland again.. I pray that 2/1 I am there! Snowbound.. I hope you are getting closer as the 290's thread needs you!

Good Morning,

It went down again but I was up so it's at 310 again. I've been walking lots and going to the gym 3 times a week and yoga. I think that adding exercise must effect water levels in the body or some other changes. More on plan yesterday, walked to town to the gym. I'll keep at it.

You are doing amazing! Happy for you.

Wahoo!! That's awesome! news! So happy for you!

I went up, 311 this morning, was hoping for better but I had a lunch meeting yesterday and had split pea soup, made my ankles swell, so retaining a bit of water today. So drinking water today is important. Yoga and walk planned for today.

It will move down!! I know it!

Have a great day!!

That's awesome! I woke up super early today at 4:35 in anticipation of getting to the gym early. This was our 4th workout as partners with my friend and the first morning, we tried on Tuesday but I couldn't get up, slept through my alarm and my husband who is usually an early riser didn't get up either. So today was the day and I got up way early. So at the gym at 5:30 and there until about 7:20 with a 10 minute bike ride to warm up and a circuit and then a cool down stretch. It was good but I didn't weigh myself today. Had to hurry and shower and get the boys (I have 3) ready for school.

I work in an office all day and have 3 boys at home. I'm dead tired in the evening but we have gone after work which was okay and getting up so early is tiring so I really have to get into a good routine for it not to affect me so. Still at 310, did I tell you it's my barrier. I haven't been able to past it and I don't know why.

Hello Donna (Snowbound).. Oh we need to break that barrier for you. hmmm have you tried fresh lemon in water? Sometimes that shakes the water retention alittle. I will cross my fingers that you get a very nice lower no on the scale tomorrow!

After walking 5+ miles at Disney... I lost 1.4 lbsl Hooray Down to 297.8. Still looking forward!
