Food: Water Fasting Day
Meal: none

Exercise: Rest Day

Water: 2.00 liters

Today was pretty productive. I got my grocery shopping done for the upcoming week, did some laundry, and now it's time to relax into a good movie. I'm SO glad my girls are on spring break this upcoming week. I can sleep in at least a couple more hours. They are still early birds regardless but even an extra hour makes a difference.

Hope everyone had a lovely weekend! Time to get back on the grind! :D

Glad to hear you had a productive day and you have a relaxing week coming up Olivia!
I had a decent food day and a decent day in general. I may have again... had a bit too much sodium so we'll see how that fairs in the a.m.
This diet plan I'm following has been super easy and has really been a fantastic jump start! I'm loosely following the Daily Burn's Ignite program.

Hey guys. We got back from our little mini-vacation. I'm happy to report that according to my scale, I maintained my weight even with the food that we were eating. :)

congrats Love2b150! I saw a new low this morning but it bounced up again so, oh well. Usually that means I'll be seeing that number in the next couple of days though. fingers crossed :)

I'm back to where I was at the beginning of last week. Went up the whole 1.8 I lost this week! Oh well. Just water. It'll go away soon enough.

Happy Monday friends!

I am up a pound but I'm confident its water being retained in my aching muscles. I pulled weeds for 5 hours on Saturday and I cannot move. I had to walk through the airport this morning verrrrry slowly. People were walking past me giving me the evil eye! Oh well! I ate on plan yesterday so I know the pound up HAS to be from these aching muscles and swelling in my legs.

Rennie, congrats on the new low girl!!! Killing it. I know you wanted more today but just have faith. Gosh, you are soooo close to the 150's, that's got to be an amazing feeling!

Summer, way to go!

lotsakids, LOL I like the fact you get to peek at your future numbers. However, I guess that could be frustrating just as badly. Good luck :)
