Feeling overly exhausted today...not sure what it is....I know last night I did my c25k and had to push...and I sweated for hours after even after a shower...hoping for energy!

I am at 220.0. Again. I'm looking forward to complaining about the 220 stickiness when I'm experiencing stickiness at 160. =)

Hi everyone! I've been running around like a loon the past couple of days-- sorry for the weird lack of posting from me. Haha!

I'm still holding steady at 230-231, but it's cool. I'll take it. I know I'm eating right, drinking plenty of water, and even exercising. So it HAS to work, right?!

219.2. If I am below 220 tomorrow too, I will move threads. I am feeling hopeful, but not yet confident, that I have finally left 220 behind.

I finally broke the 230 barrier! I was at 229 this morning! Might be a preemptive celebration because I know how my weigh likes to bounce but... I'm celebrating anyways. LOL

Well, went up some on this weigh in. Up to 239.4, which is a 1.4 pound increase. So, still hanging on to this group!! It's ok. I knew it was up some, but at least stayed under 240. Whew!

Diane, I feel ya. Sometimes the yo-yoing of the scale will drive you crazy!!

On a sad note, I have NOT been eating great today. Not BAD (yet), mind you, but I'm already over 1000 calories for the day and I'm still hungry. (My calorie goal per day is 1200) And it's only 4 here.

I think it's because I'm nervous. I have a sleep study tonight... And as an emotional eater, nerves make me eat! Argh.

Diane - That bounciness drives me nutso.

Melissa - Hope the sleep study went well. A day off plan is not fatal. Just a small bump in the road. Here's to getting back on plan today!

219.0. Three days in a row below 220. I am going to move to the next group, albeit with some lingering trepidation. Can't wait for all y'all to join me there!
