Helloooooo?! This thread is starting to slow down a bit. Where is everyone? Maybe everyone has mosied on down to Onederland already!

Today I woke up with crazy sore triceps from that Taebo yesterday, and TOM started. As I'm walking down to the scale to weigh, I'm thinking, "sore muscles....TOM.....yeah I'll be up a pound or so today." I was shocked to see that I was actually DOWN 1.25lbs! What? 208.75 this morning!

I'm hoping I can make that stick because today is a semi-loose eating day lol, but today I am UNDER 210! Yeah!

Hope everyone has a great weekend!

Coming back to pick up some more boxes to move down to the new thread! It's going to take some time to finish moving out of here. I haven't bounced down to OnederLand permanently yet. My rate of weight loss really slowed down at the end of March. After 126 days of calorie counting and daily weigh-ins, it seems like the only thing that really helps me with weight loss is 800cals a day, and that is difficult with an 18hr workday.

But I will continue to plug along.....and dream of the day when I can move my ticker down once again....

jodoto - I don't know how that happened lol. TOM usually puts some pounds on me. I'll take it though.

So today was my 1-meal "eat what the heck you want" day (with the exception of processed junk food). So I went to the gym this morning, did about 2.29 miles on the treadmill, did some abs back at home, then waited until 2:30pm to eat my large meal. My eyes were DEFINITELY bigger than my stomach. Sheesh! I wanted to eat all that food so bad but I just couldn't lol. Everything was homemade but there were fried BBQ chicken wings, french fries with bacon, cheese, green onions and homemade ranch dressing, homemade garlic bread, broccoli, and my 6 and 7 year olds made apple crisp which we had with all natural vanilla ice cream (not homemade). I put a lot of food on my plate because I'm like, this is it for the day! But my stomach said, "what? are you crazy lady?" It would NOT let me finish LOL! Oh well, I ate what I could and now I'm stuffed. I plan to do some heavy lifting this evening to transfer some of this food to my muscles! Tomorrow will probably be lemon water all day

Aww, that's too bad. Not me Given that EVERYTHING (except the ice cream) was made homemade in my kitchen (even the ranch dressing), I was able to monitor and control what went into it. Now, had I done this at a resaturant, I might have run to the bathroom too

So today is a great morning! The scale went up 0.75 lb so I'm up to 209.50 lbs but STILL under 210! What can I say, I had a HEAVY day yesterday (heavy food, heavy lifting, heavy TOM lol). I'm going to rest on this beautiful Sunday morning (no exercise), do some grocery shopping and do a water fasting day. I'm feeling a movie day. Might find something good to watch with my lovely girls.

Happy Sunday all!

EDITED TO ADD: My NSV for today! So all my workout pants (that I've been wearing as regular pants on a daily basis) were being washed in the laundry, so I needed some pants to put on to go grocery shopping. I decided to try on my J-Lo size 14's and they fit effortlessly!! So I'm wearing my first pair of jeans today in who knows how long lol.

Ah jeans! I remember those! But Hey! I'm needing to go down a pant size again, too! WhAT?!?!? I had to lose 40lb before I needed to make that first archeological dig into the back of the closet for smaller pants, and here we go again! I swear I cannot figure out why, because the scale has been moving UP (Grrr ) and I haven't lost any inches. But my pants are definitely falling down, so the inches must be coming from places I don't measure.

Pants that drag the floor with crotch hanging to the knees. Lovely.

Good job on the smaller pants, Ladies! What a great feeling! I have my closet all sorted out into big black garbage bags of clothes....all separated by size! I used to have the whole store hanging....but now, as I grow out of things, I give them to Goodwill.....and opening up a new bag of sized clothing is like Christmas! Another perk....I won't have the old bigger sizes to grow back into, so I will have to maintain my new little size when I get to where I want to be!

That's awesome! I'm doing something similar where I give away my clothes as I grow out of them. The only thing is this time after re-gaining the weight, I decided not to buy new stuff so the only stuff in my closet is the smaller things. Workout and yoga pants have been my warddrobe far too long lol.

No Worries, Olivia....you have your J-Lo size 14's to now grow out of as you grow back into that size smaller wardrobe.... find the next "new" thing that you want to grow into, and hang it in plain sight....you'll be back in it before you know it!
You continue to inspire and amaze me!

Thank you jodoto!! You all inspire me too. This forum has really kept me accountable. I'm going to follow your advice and hang my favorite size 12 jeans in plain sight and allow my energetic intentions to align with the Universe to shrink my bottom and get me back in those jeans!

Hope everyone had a lovely weekend! Are we ready for Monday? Let's get moving!!

I hope my Wednesday weigh in this week is a loss, I've really been restricting this week, counting carbs like a hound and keeping my cals low by doing intermittent fasting. I feel thinner, but I drank last night till I was sick so I'm sure I only feel thinner because I'm dehydrated. I'm hoping to get a 217 on the scale now because I've been bumping between 219 and 222 for the last month. Sitting here tonight drinking a lot of water, rehydrating and trying to get my pre-hangover energy back.
