Hi everyone! The scale has been hanging around 218lbs. I haven't been on 3FC as much as I'd have liked lately because right as school ended I got a full time job! So I'm excited about that but I'd like to be a little more active, considering I'm so close to a huge goal of Onederland and also 100lbs down!

Of course, that's still a ways away so I'm just here to stay motivated and inspired on my way to Onederland. I've been running lifting and also 220lbs is a weight I was at for quite a while in my teens, I think it's a place my body likes to try to stick so I'm just preparing to having to really stay patient but a goal of mine is to be 199lbs around the time school starts again so that's about two and a half months to lose 19lbs so I'm feeling pretty confident.

I'm also focusing on running an entire 20 minutes and so far I'm loving it, as well as biking just for fun and lifting for those muscles!

I think the scale may be up a pound from my ticker just because the last weekend was a little crazy. A few too many beers and maybe a little too much mayonnaise on the burger but today is going alright so far and I think during the workweek I'll have a chance to catch up and work on hitting 215, which will be 80lbs down for me!

Hey Ladies!!

So I have been dealing with...well life, but am going to get back into posting again because I think this is an important link in my motivation to lose weight. I think I am going to bow out of this thread and say officially I am in Onederland and done with Twoderville!!!

I am currently annoyingly in what I call a 3lb plateau, where I am seeing nothing but the numbers in the same 3lb span everyday . So yeah, trying to put it all in perspective. These are all numbers I have not seen in quite a while and I am really starting to like the changes I see in the mirror too. I actually think the scale would be annoying me more, if I wasn't riding high on compliments (my ego) and googling myself all the time (my narcissism) . I hope everybody is doing great, and will join me in the 90's thread in a bit! Love this thread because all of you, thanks for the support!!

sooo down 2 lbs this week. thats always exciting I really have to kick this in to high drive because my fiance and I decided ( as long as our parents can make it) that we are going to get married in Aruba in September when we go! So excited, but weight wise I'm sooooo not ready! lol. I can do this. My goal is to lose 28 lbs by then and get down to 190 It's possible, but as long as i get into the lower 190's I'll be ok with that.

Nitrus- Congrats sooooo close!

Hi all! I finally broke through that little barrier of 217lbs.

I got this idea in my head that I could just totally change all my new good eating habits and just be the type of person that eats junk food and counts calories and still loses weight but that's not the type of person I am because if I were that would've worked the first 1,893 times I tried. :P

So I went back to carb counting and avoiding grains and I am doing fantastic!

Although I'm a bit worried because I haven't been keeping up on my strength training, only my running. So I'm just working on that, hoping to get it all sorted this month.

I hope everyone else is doing well!

The two-teens are killing me I can't wait to be in the 210's and on my way to 199lbs! I'm so impatient. :P

Hey theWalrus. great going breaking out the 217 barrier keep it up! Ive never been a carb counter myself. I just don't know that I could do that so go you! lol

I calorie count myself. I try not to eat empty calories, once in a while i will eat something I shouldn't (like pizza) lol.

my fiance and I decided that instead of having a big wedding in Feb 2016, we are going to get married in September of this year in Aruba! I'm so excited, but dang do I need to kick my butt into gear so I can see some results lol
