Kukkie for sleep ... Hope Peanut is feeling a little better

ushotmedown good job on the .6 down

I did a walk video on cable. I had to modify it a bit because my right knee and thigh start to ache after awhile. I can walk fine but when it comes to leg/knee lifts and kicks it hurts. I'm gonna keep at this one though because I did break a little sweat. Had I done it totally the way the lady did I probably would have burned some serious calories. Hope to do better tomorrow Oh my eating was off the chain so I don't know what the scale will say, smh. It's sad to me to think that I can't control what goes in my mouth. I don't know what to do. I did get all of my water in

jodoto you are doing great Congratulations on your new low, way to go I don't know what my motivation is or for that matter where it is

I am up 1.4 today ... I know where I went wrong so I expected it. Today I am trying a 3 day diet and so far so good. I saw it on MFP it's called the military 3 day diet. I read how it works and why the combinations seem weird. I'll give it a shot to make me happy, hopefully get the scale moving and see how I do. Then I'll go back to my Slow/Low Carbing Wish me luck

Rennie, can you send me a link to that military 3 day thing... I need something new to kickstart me in the right direction. Maybe I'll have some Apple Cider Vinegar tea to help digestion.

That said, I had a crazy 1.7 gain. Eeek! Up to 198.0. Seriously? Need a weekend cleanse.

I went to the mall with my daughter and did a bit of much needed walking also. not very fast, at a leisurely pace so not sure if it will combat the two cupcakes I ate this afternoon ... I also shot a few hoops with all of my children, that was fun since I can't shoot

We have a new puppy and he is keeping me busy first thing in the morning and I've been thrown off my routine -- I've forgotten to weigh in (before eating) for the last two mornings. I was up a bit the other day, but not a surprise since I ate lunch and dinner out on Thursday...since then I haven't been that careful about ingredients/nutrients, but I'm pretty close to my calorie range for weight loss, so I'm hoping I'll be back to a bit lower again by my weigh in tomorrow.

Angie congratulations on the new puppy . How old is he/she? What kind of puppy did you get? What did Cam name it? How is Cam liking the new family member or has it not gotten on his nerves yet?

I'm up 1.6 to 167.2. I had a bunch of junk yesterday and then went to iHop late last night and had 3 pancakes with regular syrup. So I expected more of a gain than that since I only got a little over 6 hours of sleep. Today is a fasting day.

Rennie ~ Thats cool that you went to the mall with your daughter and that you shot a few hoops with all of your kids

Angie ~ Thats cool that you have a new puppy, They have you up and running around alot, Good way of working out.

Im thinking about going to the mall to walk 3 days out of week. It seemed like when I was at the mall yesterday that it didnt take as long to walk for an hour and 1/2 there then it does when I walk for 45 mins here at home. Im still gonna walk at night though.
