For the past week I spend the whole day from the moment I wake up trying to get comfortable, by taking several trips to the toilet - some successful others not. I have what I consider normal bowel movements daily but for some reason I still have this "full" feeling like I am not finished. My stomach appears extended and I have been having these horrible stomach cramps, and my weight has been going up and not down though I am eating well.
Does anyone have similar issues and how do you manage it? Does anyone do fiber supplements? How about probiotics? What helps you when you have that miserable I am so full I am going to explode feeling?
