I ate a two Valentine's cupcakes and two Valentine's cookie so my 169 from today will be gone tomorrow for sure. Oh I need to add I also enjoyed dinner with the family and had mashed potatoes and peas. smh. My calories were more than doubled for the day ... new day tomorrow, new challenge ... I'm not gonna sink so I've stay afloat and swimmmmm
