I keep losing track of this thread but am always happy when I find it again. I lost my weight tracker from my phone. I can hardly believe the numbers, but it appears I have reached my challenge goal. 90 pounds to go to reach Onederland. I have now lost 62.5% of my excess weight, Still 110 pounds to go. I count on all you ladies to keep me going. It feels like a VERY long haul. Then it is on to maintaining!!! 1st Challenge: -19 2nd Challenge so far: - 19 I will need to lose 18.5 pounds per challenge to reach my goal by the end of the year. Ambitious but doable. |
