Olivia have you left us?! I'm missing you! lol

To be quite honest, I've fallen a bit off the wagon. A week and half ago my weight dipped to 192 but the next day it shot back up to 194. Now I'm holding steady at 193, but like I said, I've been lazy. I've gone for about 2 runs and 30 min walks, (almost daily), to work but no outside exercise. That might sound sufficient but..it really is not. I've also been bingeing like a madman, and that could be because I've stopped eating breakfast, or because I've stopped focusing on eating well and instead am just eating junk in smaller quantities. It's also TOM so that doesn't help, AT ALL...
But my wonderful boyfriend is kind of my savior today. He motivated me once again to go for a workout, and I did, and I feel reinspired. Hoping that maybe by the end of this week or middle of next I'll be on the edge of 180's, if not in them. Wish me luck, please!

OMG. The scale FINALLY moved!! Back down to 192.0 now. Dang, I should never stop working out!

I just tried on a hoodie that I bought around Christmas and haven't worn since initially trying it on...Doesn't even fit me! I want to be heartbroken because it is brand new with tags STILL on, but I'm not at all! Can't believe how far I've come.

Yay for you riotgirlx !! I just bought myself a superdry jacket , cause it fit me !! Also made it to onederland!! (Hope it's ok for me to post here !!) xxx I am loving this weather and because it's so hot ppl are starting to notice how much I've lost :x funny really because for the first time I looked in the mirror and don't completely hate what i see.

You're doing great, xRiotGirl! I know what you mean about the weather and working out. If I don't get out first thing in the morning and do it, it's all over for me. I don't like being out in really hot weather AT ALL!

Sorrow, I'm glad to hear that you are really appreciating your results. You worked HARD for them you should be proud!
Frances I hear ya I don't even go out at all to work out for that reason. I hate summer more than anything haha. The past few weeks I've been going for night runs before this comfy weather runs out but I know that when the cool weather ends, so will my runs.

Weighed in this morning at 191.6. 2 pounds away, 2 pounds awayy....

Hi xRiotGirl!! I was away at a wedding this weekend in which I had a fabulous time! It looks like you are beating that scale and are almost into the 180's!!! I actually made it into the 180's before the wedding but never made my official announcement into the 180's lol. I did eat a lot over this weekend so I'm staying away from the scale until next Monday and then I'll see where I'm at. My last weigh in was 182.75 but I KNOW I'm not still there....I'm hoping to be back there by next Monday You are doing AWESOME!!

You know what they say about slow losers, they keep their results. I've been seeing a smaller version of that pattern within this decade. Before, I would lose almost 2 pounds a week; every weigh-in I was losing. Now, I tend to hold steady at certain weights for a number of weigh-in's and then one day I step on the scale and I am pounds lighter. It's crazy.
