To be quite honest, I've fallen a bit off the wagon. A week and half ago my weight dipped to 192 but the next day it shot back up to 194. Now I'm holding steady at 193, but like I said, I've been lazy. I've gone for about 2 runs and 30 min walks, (almost daily), to work but no outside exercise. That might sound sufficient but..it really is not. I've also been bingeing like a madman, and that could be because I've stopped eating breakfast, or because I've stopped focusing on eating well and instead am just eating junk in smaller quantities. It's also TOM so that doesn't help, AT ALL...
But my wonderful boyfriend is kind of my savior today. He motivated me once again to go for a workout, and I did, and I feel reinspired.
Hoping that maybe by the end of this week or middle of next I'll be on the edge of 180's, if not in them. Wish me luck, please!
