I would love to join your group. I was almost to onderland last year. After loosing 65lbs, I stopped being healthy and gained 44 back. Now I am back to doing what needs to be done to get this weight off.

237 today so 37lbs is a good goal for 5 months. My ultimate goal is 175. But first onderland.

only 13.4 lbs to go.. Shoot that is 2 months of woosh weeks and I will do it... soooooo maybe by September?!

.. But for now.. I am taking it day by day and getting back to basics and telling myself that what I want (not on plan) will be there tomorrow if I still want it and to eat what is good for me!

me too! I am just 10.3 lbs away.... Gosh if I have another good month like July (I am down 10 lbs already.. most in 15 months!!!) I could get there by Labor Day... OOOOO La La!

Okay I want to jump on this its going to be difficult to try to lose 44 in 5 months but it gives me something to strive for!!!!
