Wanna I have not found a permanent place to live but have gotten settled enough to return to summer school. I missed the first week. I have fairly severe asthma and have to be pretty picky about where I live and work so as not to aggravate my condition. Keep me in your good vibes!

I lost three pounds this week! I am really pleased. I was afraid I would gain eating out 3 times a day. I have gone back to writing everything down in a journal and have a weekly check in call with someone in a neighboring state. Trying to move everyday too! 48 pounds to Onederland

I'm so impressed with your dedication to your health despite all obstacles, active!

And I have to second what wanna said: AAD is consistent like the sun coming up in the AM. Amazing!

Lost two pounds this week. Progress!!! I still think Onederland by Christmas is a reasonable goal. 45 to go!

Wanna and Struedel Thanks for your encouragement. Today's challenge is the all you can eat breakfast at my hotel! I am looking forward to having a kitchen!!!!

Want to recommit to losing. Yesterday was the 2nd anniversary of my husband's death. While not binging, I seem to just munch all day on OK foods. Going back to my journal this morning and taking it with me all day. Up a pound.
