Hello ladies, I've had what I thought was a good week.
I've been weighing my cereal, eating different food to my family and friends, barely drinking alcohol, getting up every morning at 6.45am to workout, doing more walking and took a crazy Zumba class which exhausted me for a full 24hrs.
The result: -1lb
Damn you evil scales!
I feel great though. My tummy feels smaller and not bloated. I can feel soreness in my core from using muscles I didn't know were there! Next week I hope shows something better on the scale.
