One Reason To Stay On Plan Today~December
Going ahead and posting the December thread! I can't believe we are in the last month of the year. :eek: Where is the time going?!
What is one reason you are staying on plan today? My reason is because my overall mentality is so much brighter and more positive when I know I am doing the best that I can! |
Because it is important to me to get back in control after last week's holiday eating.

I will stay on plan today because I don't want to have a retirement like my parents and in-laws.

Because I was doing so well. I have had a break and now its time to get back at it. Goal to be down another 40 lbs by before my Aunties 70th birthday party in BC this summer.

I have to stay on plan everyday to reach my goal of 180 by Christmas.

I don't know when the last time I weighed so little was. Early 2004? I've wasted nearly 10 years being well over 200lbs. Not going to stop and go back to that. Not when I have a cruise and wedding coming up in 6-7 months!

I am staying on plan today because I feel so much better than I did last December. Last year I could hardly walk due to my weight and frequent gout attacks. Now I walk 5 miles a day... that is amazing to me.

Because feeling like I have no control over food makes me feel guilty and I don't enjoy the food. When I eat healthy, I actually enjoy every bite.
