*One Reason to Stay On Plan Today~November*

    Hard to believe we are so close to the end of the year already, time is flying!

    What is YOUR reason for staying on plan today?



    Mine is because I am trying to develop healthier habits for life, staying on plan puts me closer and closer to having that new habit!
  • I will stay on plan today because in the struggle between food and health - only I have power and I choose health!
  • Because carrying all this extra weight makes all my 'pieces and parts' hurt
  • because i have a 6-week goal to break 200, and i'm going to do it, dangit.
  • Because I want to see 180.
  • Because I want a week of true success by completing my weekly food logs and doing the exercises I promised myself I would do last week!
  • Because I am so close to 100lbs down!
  • I will stay on my plan today because I DESERVE IT!
    I DESERVE to be fit,lean and healthy.

    More so,I will stay on my plan today to keep my SANITY and feel a sense of accomplishment
  • I love reading the reasons to stay on plan, so inspiring!! I will stay on plan because I have to. I want to be healthy and that is the only way I'll get there!
  • My son needs a parent to play with him, participate with him, and go on roller coasters with!
  • Nothing tastes as good as seeing that scale weight go down to the next decade, or having nothing to wear because your clothes are too baggy!
  • because I want to continue improving my mobility.
  • After working so hard to see this new low number, I want to fight harder to make it go down instead of seeing it go up again!
  • Because I'm super excited for the compliments I'm going to get when I see family during the holidays! :P
  • I will stay on plan today because I re-started my healthier eating/fitness goals last Sunday... and I'm not going to give up after only 1 week, lol.
