I am hanging my head in shame and shuffling back to 3FC.

Got down to 164 - and popped back up to 189. I think I am 180ish right now. I havent had the courage to face the scale.

Kat :welcome: back :hug: I got down to 165 and went back up to 197. I got down to 176 recently and now back to 180. I'm using today as a new start and hoping I can get back to my ticker weight before the first of the year.
